PUSHIM APARTMENT – GOLEM

The spacious and modern 112 m² Pushim Apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. It is located in the popular Albanian seaside resort of Golem, near the historic city of Durrës. Situated on the sixth floor of an apartment building with a lift, its generous layout makes it an ideal choice for families with children as well as groups of friends.

The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It also includes a washing machine and fast Wi-Fi. Every room is air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable temperature even on hot summer days.

One of the apartment's greatest highlights is its spacious balcony with a direct view of the Adriatic Sea. Both bedrooms and the living room have their own access to the balcony, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view at any time of day. The balcony is equipped with an awning, which provides welcome shade in the afternoon and creates a comfortable setting for spending time together. In the evening, you can watch the sun set over the sea – a view that will make you want to stay outside just a little longer.

The bright and airy interior provides plenty of space for enjoying time together while also offering enough privacy when staying with a larger group. With comfortable furnishings, air conditioning in every room and a spacious balcony overlooking the sea, the apartment provides everything you need for a relaxing and carefree holiday.

The wide sandy beach is approximately 350 metres from the apartment. Its gently sloping entry into the sea also makes it suitable for families with young children. A promenade runs along the coast and is ideal for leisurely walks, relaxing in cafés or spending an evening by the sea. Throughout the day and into the evening, you will find plenty of opportunities for relaxation, refreshments and entertainment for both children and adults.

The area surrounding the apartment offers restaurants, cafés, shops, currency exchange offices, ATMs, car rental services and other useful amenities. A Spar supermarket is located directly on the ground floor of the building, with a Big Market supermarket just a short distance away. Opposite the entrance to the building, you will also find a popular local bakery where you can buy fresh pastries every morning or try traditional Albanian specialities. Everyday shopping is therefore quick and convenient, with no need to use a car.

For water-based fun, there are two water parks nearby. Directly across the street is the Luxury Bonita Hotel, which features swimming pools, water slides and attractions for children. Another water park is located in the Mali i Robit area, approximately a pleasant 30-minute walk from the apartment, and can also be reached by local bus. The water parks and swimming pools are not part of the accommodation, but day passes can be purchased.

Within walking distance, you will also find a pharmacy, dental clinic and small medical clinic, which is usually open mainly during the tourist season. Most essential services are therefore conveniently close at hand.
