You can welcome the New Year in a different way – with a view of the Adriatic Sea.

APARTMENT CLEANING
A final cleaning fee is added to the accommodation price. This allows us to guarantee that the apartment will be perfectly clean when you arrive – just as it will be for the guests staying after you.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Before the start of the stay, the full accommodation price, including the refundable security deposit, must be paid in full. The refundable security deposit must be received no later than 24 hours before arrival. The deposit will be returned within 2 business days after departure, provided that the apartment and its equipment are left in good condition and no damage has occurred.

TRANSFER FROM/TO THE AIRPORT
Your arrival and departure can be completely stress-free. By prior arrangement, we can organise a transfer between the airport and the apartment. The driver will collect you upon arrival and take you back to the airport at the agreed time. The transfer is paid directly to the driver in cash.

CHILDCARE
Enjoy some time just for yourselves – a romantic dinner, a walk along the beach or a magical sunset. Meanwhile, your children can remain safely in the care of an experienced "grandma" with more than 12 years of experience working in a nursery school. This allows you to enjoy some peace and relaxation during your holiday. Contact details are available upon request. The babysitter doesn't speak English.
