This spacious 97 m² apartment offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. It is located in the popular Albanian seaside resort of Golem, approximately 45 minutes by car from Tirana Airport and close to the historic city of Durrës. The apartment is situated on the fourth floor of a modern apartment building with a lift. It features two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower enclosure, toilet and washing machine. Two of the rooms provide direct access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful sea view – the perfect place for your morning coffee or evening relaxation.
For maximum comfort, every room is equipped with air conditioning. Fast Wi-Fi and everything you need for a pleasant stay are also provided.
If you arrive in your own or a hired car, you can use the free private parking space directly outside the building. Your car will always be conveniently parked nearby, saving you the trouble of searching for an available space.
A wide sandy beach with a gentle entry into the sea is located just 200 metres from the apartment, making it ideal for families with young children. The seafront promenade is perfect for walks, relaxing in cafés and spending evenings by the sea, with plenty of opportunities for both relaxation and entertainment for all ages.
Restaurants, cafés, shops and other services can be found in the immediate vicinity. There are supermarkets, currency exchange offices, cash machines and car hire companies nearby. Just a few steps from the apartment, you will also find a popular local bakery where you can enjoy fresh bread, pastries and traditional Albanian specialities every morning.
There are also two water parks near the apartment, offering an enjoyable change of pace, particularly for families with children. They feature swimming pools, water slides and attractions for younger children. One is approximately a five-minute walk from the apartment, while the other is located in the Mali i Robit area, around 20 minutes away on foot.

This bright room can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. It features two single beds and a bunk bed, making it particularly suitable for families with children. The room also includes a spacious wardrobe and a bedside table with a lamp. A side view of the sea and plenty of natural daylight complete the pleasant atmosphere.

The bathroom provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a spacious shower enclosure, a toilet and a washing machine, which is particularly useful during longer holidays. The clean, practical layout offers a pleasant and convenient space for everyday use.
