We process your personal data only to handle accommodation enquiries, manage bookings and provide accommodation at Apartment Rehati in Golem, Albania.

Booking and Performance of the Accommodation Contract

To process your enquiry, confirm your booking and communicate with you regarding your stay, we may process:

  • first name and surname,
  • email address,
  • telephone number,
  • arrival and departure dates,
  • number of guests,
  • information provided in the booking form or subsequent communication.

The legal basis for this processing is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and the performance of the accommodation contract.

Compliance With Legal Obligations

Where required by applicable law, we may also process identification and stay-related information for guest registration, tax, accounting or reporting purposes.

This information may include:

  • permanent address,
  • date of birth,
  • nationality,
  • identity card or passport number,
  • information about the booked stay.

Where legally required, the information may be provided to the competent authorities in the Czech Republic or Albania.

3. How Long Do We Retain Your Personal Data?

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to:

  • process your enquiry or booking,
  • provide the accommodation,
  • manage payments and communication,
  • protect or establish legal claims,
  • comply with applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Identification or guest registration information is retained only for the period required by applicable law. Once there is no longer a legal or contractual reason to retain the data, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

4. Who Has Access to Your Personal Data?

We protect your personal data and do not sell it or provide it to third parties for marketing purposes.

Access may be granted only to:

  • Webnode AG, as the provider of the website platform on which this website operates,
  • service providers who are necessary for processing the booking or providing the accommodation,
  • accounting, tax or legal advisers where necessary,
  • competent public authorities in the Czech Republic or Albania where disclosure is required by applicable law.

All recipients are permitted to process personal data only to the extent necessary for the specified purpose.

5. Transfer of Personal Data to Albania

As the accommodation is located in Albania, some personal data may be processed or transferred to Albania where this is necessary to provide the accommodation, manage your stay or comply with applicable Albanian legal obligations.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to ensure that personal data is protected in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

6. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data,
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
  • request erasure of your personal data where the applicable legal requirements are met,
  • request restriction of processing,
  • object to processing where applicable,
  • request data portability where applicable,

7. Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution

If a consumer dispute arising from an accommodation contract between the Controller and a guest cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the guest may submit a request for alternative dispute resolution to:
